ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, COMMERCE ACTIVATION
This role is designed to execute Commerce activations as part of our agency group Mindshare. The role is responsible for supporting buys executed via retail media networks, with a strong focus on Amazon advertising across Search & DSP.

The candidate will report to the Retail Media Account Director. Working within the Mindshare Commerce team, they will be integral to achieving client goals by developing and optimizing activity within search and display across our Retail Media Networks. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for this fast growing space and be keen to develop a career within digital and eCommerce. They should be able to articulate key features and benefits of Retail Media Networks.
In this role you’ll be involved in the end-to-end campaign process beginning with competitive research through to tactical optimization and performance reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage search and programmatic media activations across several retailer media networks, with a strong focus on Grocery suppliers, including Criteo and Citrus for search.
* Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting to ensure overall client goal attainment, including the use of retail bid management technologies where applicable such as Pacvue or Skai.
* Optimize client accounts to meet their established KPIs.
* Ensure on-going campaign compliance to GroupM established guidelines and best practices.
* Prepare campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
* Identify insights and optimizations utilizing historical data and competitive research.
* Address technical issues with media campaign serving.
* Understand key drivers of performance with Grocery retailers and other marketplaces such as Drug/Pharmacy.
* Assist with reconciliation, invoicing/billing, trafficking, and mapping data to our internal media campaign management platform.
Minimum Requirements:
* Passionate about digital advertising and keen to learn about the exciting new space of Retail Media Networks.
* Affinity for numbers and with an analytical thought process, keen to drive continued excellence.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work as part of a group.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Proactive and self-motivated, always looking to expanding knowledge and capabilities.
* A self-starter attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook would be helpful.
