KEY RESULT AREAS These are the key areas that support the purpose of the job: 1. To carry out general stock management duties on all wards and clinics, including housekeeping, stock counts, stock rotation expiry date checks and investigation of stock discrepancies when necessary. 2. To participate and support the use of Pharmacy automation systems, to assist in the control of the large remit of stock management in the Pharmacy Department and ensuring that data entry on the pharmacy computer system is accurate and timely.3. Contribute to the maintenance of accurate stock holding4. To process orders for medicines under the terms of the Wholesale Dealers License in accordance with relevant SOPs and adhering to Good Distribution Practice.5. To provide Pharmacy Stores core service, through the receipt, storage, and distribution of medicines.6. To order, pick, deliver, and put away stock supplies of pharmaceutical products (including bulk fluids and feeds), for wards, departments and clinics through the top up service.7. To undertake a wide range of duties within the Pharmacy Department, and to undertake relevant training as required.
