Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors on a temporary, 7-week basis, starting on October 28th until December 13th. There is no weekend work for this role and you will receive a bonus after the completion of the role.
This position is located in Avonmouth, Bristol and the hourly rate is £11.58 per hour.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Receiving inbound phone calls from new and existing customers to help with their queries
2. Providing excellent product knowledge and advising customers with the most suitable deals to suit their requirements
3. Managing customers' expectations
4. Having great conversations and generating fit for purpose solutions for customers
5. Organising deliveries for customers, ensuring accuracy at all times
6. Dealing with complaints in a professional manner
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Previous experience in a customer facing role, i.e., retail or hospitality
2. Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential
3. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
4. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
5. Passionate about delivering the best customer experience
