The IT Operations team ensures the effective operation, administration and maintenance of RBG Kews IT infrastructure.
The Analyst will provide day-to-day support to ICMS end-users as well as playing an integral part in the support of troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. The role will also involve talking end-users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.

The role will involve the investigation of incoming requests received through our IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, addressing those which can be speedily resolved, or discussing and escalating the issue through one of our support teams. Timely communications with end-users is essential, keeping them informed and updated, while adhering to service level targets for first responses and resolution times.
