Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a practice nurse tojoin our 4 partner friendly practice in Send, Surrey. The practice is set in nice grounds with free on-site staff car parking. Duties will include general treatment room duties includingsmears, immunisations, wound care and long-term conditions includingrespiratory.
Training will be available for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in a medical practice setting- Perform physical assessments and collect patient health histories- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers- Assist with minor surgical procedures, wound care and IUCD clinics- Conduct patient education on various health topics- Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
