* Assist in managing stores, ensuring stock control and inventory accuracy.
* Support health and safety compliance, carrying out routine checks and assisting with risk assessments.
* Help with the coordination of maintenance tasks, ensuring timely repairs and upkeep of facilities.
* Shadow the Facilities Manager, learning operational procedures and management strategies.
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to support facilities operations.
* Keep records updated and assist in reporting and documentation tasks.
* Perform general administrative tasks related to facilities management.
Skills
* Willingness to learn and develop skills in facilities management.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic understanding of health and safety regulations (training provided).
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* Hands-on approach and willingness to assist with physical tasks when required.
* IT literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Previous experience in a similar environment (preferred but not essential).
