Social Network Login/Join Role
To be successful in this role, you must be willing to provide the very best customer service experience to our customers. Problem-solving skills, the ability to think quickly, follow instructions, work as part of a team, and take initiative are desirable skills for this role.
Your day will be varied and will include a combination of the following tasks:
1. Providing information and helping to resolve customer problems.
2. Being the first point of contact for handling returned goods.
3. Ensuring that the customer's experience is positive.
