What you'll do:
* Coordinate customer orders and ensure smooth communication between internal departments and clients.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with the sales process and driving business growth.
* Seek out new business leads using various means including existing databases, internet, and social media.
* Make telephone sales calls to both “cold” and “warm” prospective customers.
* Maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
* Coordinate order processing, working closely with operations and logistics teams.
* Assist in generating sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing sales performance.
* Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the sales coordination and customer service process.
What you bring:
* 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
* Confidence in meeting customers on phone and face-to-face.
* Passion for driving sales forward with the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
* Ability to work accurately and systematically.
