A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Parts Sales Advisor at our site in Basingstoke to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.
What you’ll do:
1. Source and allocate parts
2. Answer phone calls, emails and walk-ins from customers
3. Take orders from customers
4. Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.
What we need:
1. Parts experience essential, ideally within the Motor Industry
2. Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
3. Excellent relationship building with clients
4. Highly organised and adaptable
5. Experience of using Kerridge/ADP is preferred but not essential
