Role Details:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our client, a very well-established firm. In this role, you will assist the conveyancing department with all conveyancing matters. The position will enable the successful candidate to develop their knowledge and experience while being supported in a friendly team.
Role Requirements:
1. Expert knowledge of conveyancing, SDLT, and the completion process.
2. Good knowledge of conveyancing matters, including both residential and commercial property.
3. Previous experience in a similar role.
4. Fast and accurate audio typing skills.
5. Demonstrate excellent client care.
6. Excellent customer service and communication on the phone and in person.
