We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join a successful team in the Worcester area. This role is focused on providing exceptional service to clients and contributing to the success of a busy Conveyancing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with clients and third parties via telephone, email, and letters in a timely and courteous manner.
2. Conducting client meetings to offer expert guidance on their cases.
3. Overseeing conveyancing files, working closely with other Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure efficient matter progression.
4. Participating in business development by building relationships with third parties and attending networking events.
5. Assisting in training and supporting junior team members.
6. Managing and prioritising your own caseload effectively to meet deadlines.
7. Reviewing instructions, title registers, and documents from clients and third parties, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
8. Preparing and amending relevant legal documents.
9. Complying with AML regulations, completing ID checks, and submitting documents to the Land Registry.
10. Handling requisitions as they arise.
What We Are Looking For:
1. A team player who can also work independently.
2. A UK Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
