The Environmental, Societal & Governance (ESG) Coordinator will play a key role in advancing Biocair’s sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with evolving environmental regulations, and strengthening corporate governance frameworks. This role will be responsible for data collection, reporting, policy implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to integrate best practices in environmental sustainability and corporate governance across the organization. In addition, you will demonstrate these key competencies: Educated to degree level in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Compliance, Law, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in ESG data management, sustainability reporting, or governance frameworks. Knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, SECR, GHG Protocol). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ESG data into actionable insights. Experience in risk management, compliance auditing, or corporate reporting would be beneficial. Knowledge of supply chain sustainability practices and reporting would be advantageous. Certifications in ESG, sustainability, or corporate governance (e.g., GRI, SASB, CFA ESG) is highly desirable.
