Altro are recruiting for a Field Based Sales Consultant to join our Business Development Team in the South of the UK. The vacant role territory includes the following postcodes: MK, LU, HP, AL, WD, SL, TW, UB, HA, W, NW and you must live on/ or commutable easily to this patch.
The role will be responsible for developing relationships with the Flooring contractors & distributors on the territory. Working collaboratively within a regional team and alongside your colleagues who focus on the specification customer base.
What will you be doing? In this role, you will develop strong partnerships with your designated accounts and customers, create and agree on an individual business plans annually, and plan effective coverage of your territory to target both existing and potential clients.
You will maintain and grow a comprehensive customer database all whilst utilizing the Customer Contact strategy, updating Creatio, our CRM system, daily and recording activity within defined timeframes.
Collaboration with your colleagues in the external sales team and the Customer Care Centre is key to ensuring effective teamwork.
Our ideal candidate with have a field based Sales/Key account background, ideally in the building industry, experience of using CRM systems.
