We’re looking for a remarkable person to join our small team. It is a pivotal position for someone who can fit in with our ambitious plans and values to help us grow.
The role will focus on delivering first-line technical support to our clients, over the phone and on email. This will mean problem solving technical challenges on phone systems, video conferencing solutions, mobile services and connectivity. An empathetic, patient and personable attitude is essential as well as a keen interest to understand the platforms we support.

We provide telecoms services to SMEs across the country. This includes phone systems, mobile contracts, internet connections and video conferencing solutions.

Key Tasks
The main purpose of the role will be to provide an amazing service to our clients and support our business operations. This will include:
* Handling (and triaging) inbound queries
* Providing customer support
* Liaising with suppliers and 3rd parties
* Assisting with project delivery
* General office administration

Location: Our office in Plymouth
Hours: 30 – 40 per week, depending on applicant
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, pro-rata
Holiday: 25 days (plus BH) pro-rata
