KS2 Teacher Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of KS2 students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and independence. Differentiate learning to support all abilities, ensuring every child can make progress. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance curriculum delivery. Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and whole-school activities. KS2 Teacher Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching in KS2 with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum. A passion for high standards of teaching and learning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
