We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our client, a well-established organisation in need of temporary support.
As a Receptionist, your main responsibility will be to interact with the public and clients in a professional manner. A friendly telephone manner is essential for this role, as you will be handling incoming calls and assisting clients with booking and payment inquiries. Additionally, you will need to work well under pressure, as there may be an increase in demand at the start and end of each booking session.
Organisation and attention to detail are key qualities that we are looking for in a candidate. You will be expected to accurately complete tasks while ensuring data consistency and reconciling client accounts. Previous experience with business systems is highly desirable, especially with Finance, HR/Payroll, Orders/Sales, Procurement, and Maintenance systems such as Oracle, SAP, Sage, and Epicor. While knowledge or experience with TM3 is not required, it would be advantageous. However, if you are willing to learn and operate a new system, full training and support will be provided.
This is a part-time position, requiring 25 hours of work per week. The hourly rate for this role is £13.11.
If you are a proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply for this temporary receptionist role. Join our client's team and make a positive impact in their organisation.
