The EMEA Business Development Manager for Ocean Spray Cranberries will be accountable for commercial and channel development in key EMEA countries. Working collaboratively with local partners, this role is responsible for identification and development of profitable business growth initiatives, opening new markets and channels under tight ROI guidelines. Initially responsible for business worth in excess of $5M Gross Sale, within established countries, there are opportunities to widen the scope to other countries and opening new ones. Managing and developing the right route to market models to fit the market opportunities (Distributor, Licensing, exporters) - Middle East & Israel - North EU Distributors in Scandinavia, Germany - South EU- Export markets in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece - Opportunities to develop a number of close-in EU markets such as Austria and Poland, & East EU markets (exact country scope TBD) Based in the Bracknell office, hybrid working, Reporting to EMEA Commercial Senior Manager. Travelling expected 30% of time. A Day in the Life Develop b usiness within the existing portfolio of countries. Regularly assess r oute to market model, partner suitability and strategy alignment to ensure growth. Recommend and lead change to match country situation on occasion. Accountable for c ommercial and financial results for the region; Develop and agree annual b rand plan by country, identifying opportunities and monitoring regularly delivery of results. Drive p rofitable revenue growth, closely monitoring activities effectiveness. Compiles local market intelligence into actionable insights; acts as a driving force in developing growth plan within category and opening up new opportunities within existing markets and new markets. Contribute to Integrated Business Planning (monthly), to ensure accurate production & stock with Operation Team. Develop Long Range plan and Annual Operating Plan. Work with internal team members (Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service) to communicate needs of the customers and work together to identify need and opportunities for growth, taking project leadership when. Ensures all office activities meet corporate duty and tax strategy guidelines.
