The role: Email marketing is central to how we engage with job seekers, which in turn delivers value to customers. This stimulating and specialist role holds a lot of responsibility and scope to make an impact. You’ll manage our email channel predominantly, growing traffic, job applications and revenue across all 19 international markets. We send well over 100m opted-in job email alerts each month with high engagement levels, and the success of these is crucial to our job seekers and our business. There is significant upside potential in growing the commercial value from our database and improving user experience, across all markets and we’re looking to you to help us unlock it - from being on top of the technical details, to creative ideas for tests, to analysis and reporting. You’ll work closely with our experienced marketing, product and management teams. About you: Management of job email alerts and CRM campaigns to drive growth in important business outcomes. Grow our database of engaged Jobseekers. Full stack ownership of our email marketing / CRM tools and tech stack, negotiate deals and research/make recommendations for improvements. Maintenance, monitoring and improvement of sender/domain reputation and campaign delivery performance. Reporting on performance across many cohorts, countries, email types and journeys and extensive evaluation of complex data sets to yield powerful insights. Identification, prioritization and implementation of scalable CRM initiatives. Work with our Country Managers and Delivery teams to support successful client job advertising campaigns Collaboration with in-house product managers and developers to implement tests, feature changes, improve job matching and build new and improved ways of delivering value to jobseekers and advertisers throughout their lifecycle. Work with our B2B Management team and key sales team members to use marketing automation for lead gen, nurture and Account-Based Marketing Use marketing automation techniques to support other marketing initiatives, such as content outreach campaigns Profile You have 5 years of Email Marketing experience and at least 3 working on a business with technical complexity, whether in-house or at an agency where this represents a primary hands-on client. You can demonstrate a track record of impact and growth. You have held governance responsibility for CRM reputation and deliverability. Experience with automation, personalisation and single-user view methodology. You are comfortable working in the details of email technology, working across multiple markets, email types, audiences and working to a range of different objectives. International (and US) experience is a bonus. Qualities You take quick and clear ownership for tasks and keep people abreast of progress regularly. You like to roll up your sleeves, be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and thrive on juggling a lot of responsibilities at the same time You don’t always require a budget or extensive/dedicated development resources to make progress. You are highly numerate, analytical and efficient in your use of data, drawing insights that lead to successful growth initiatives through experimentation.
