Job Title: Clinical Team Coordinator About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical professional to coordinate the line management of our onsite clinical team. The postholder will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs, working collaboratively with our site teams. You will hold a therapy caseload, contribute to staff training and consultation, and support the integration of our services into day-to-day provision. The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC, and a minimum of 3 years' experience working with Neurodivergent children.
