The Role:
We are seeking a Sustainability and Utilities Manager to join the University Estates and Campus Services team.
The postholder will maintain a holistic overview of the Universitys environmental and sustainability performance in collaboration with key stakeholders, the role holder will ensure the provision of sustainability knowledge and expertise, to deliver and develop a comprehensive, integrated, cost-effective and progressive sustainability service.
The postholder will implement and maintain energy and environmental strategies for the University in order to reduce the Universitys environmental impact and energy consumption and advise the Director of Estates and other University senior staff of existing and emerging environmental legislation and the effect of it on University activity and the opportunities it provides.
