Consult and inform operational trust-wide stakeholders and staff more generally on the scope and impact of proposed change packages using briefings, events and workshops Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings with clinical and operational staff to provide information and demonstrations on the benefits of the One Devon EPR Programme. Use highly developed motivational and coaching skills to work directly with operational and clinical teams to develop their knowledge and understanding of a highly complex, clinical system in order to facilitate the effective implementation and adoption of the One Devon EPR Programme. Make judgements, decisions and offer strategic guidance on a range of complex issues where there may be more than one course of action Initiate appropriate action plans and gain agreement across the programme/project structure to ensure that delivery plans are met Understand and manage the complex interrelationships that exist in a strategic multi-dimensional programme ensuring that timescales, budgets and deliverables are not compromised Monitor progress watching for any deviations from programme project plans and taking corrective action where necessary To create and implement complex change and benefits plans for the One Devon EPR Programme Plan and monitor the overall progress of change and benefits programmes
