About you You will be lead multi-agency planning for children and have the ability to deliver excellent practice standards, within the legal framework to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children and families. You will be responsible for allocating team workloads and providing case management. Provide supervision with approaches to practice which is proportionate to identify risk and need.
