Head of Holiday Home Sales
Location: Yorkshire and Cumbria
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (dependent upon experience) OTE uncapped £160+
Hours: Flexible
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated individual to join our established luxury Holiday Park client to oversee the holiday home sales department. Working directly under the operations director, the successful candidate will oversee and coordinate a great team of dedicated staff to ensure the successful sales revenue of the Parks in conjunction with assisting with future development and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This development may entail provision of new and additional developments.
The successful applicant will be academically qualified to a high level and must possess strong literacy skills and accountancy expertise, together with strong IT skills. Solid experience within the Holiday Park industry is an absolute must. You must show an ability to coordinate, lead, organise, and motivate the existing teams, creating a proactive team-focused work environment. Driving the business forward by leading from the front in the operation of an efficient, professional, and profitable Holiday Park business. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, as it will be a requirement to oversee all aspects of success of the holiday home sales department.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record and a good understanding of holiday home sales with a track record of leading a team to success, previously exceeding set budgets. It is paramount you also maintain a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

* Experience of planning & organising projects.
* Extensive senior management experience with high standards in customer experience and the ability to manage multiple revenue streams.
* A proven track record of HHS leadership.
* Holiday Park experience is essential.
