Benefits : Monday to Friday On site parking Career Progression Responsibilities : Speaking with customers and handling calls Responsing to and sending emails Inputting customer orders Booking in couriers for deliveries Liasing with the factory floor to ask for completion dates Taking payments from customers Meeting and greeting customers Requirements : Computer and IT literate Must feel confident speaking with customers over the telephone Be willing to accept training and guidance Have good communication skills Be willing to meet and greet customers face 2 face Be proactive and prioritise workload Be willing to work in a sales environment Full training will be provided for this role.
