Birchwood Care Home is seeking a Compliance and Administration Lead to work alongside the Registered Manager and provide essential support in ensuring regulatory compliance, effective administration, and the overall smooth operation of the care home. Responsibilities As the Compliance and Administration Lead, you will be integral to the successful management of Birchwood Care Home. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including CQC requirements. Leading on the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to monitor and improve the quality of care provided. Overseeing the administration functions of the care home, including maintaining accurate records and documentation. Supporting the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations and attending management meetings. Coordinating and facilitating inspections, audits, and reviews by external bodies. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Proven experience in a similar compliance and administration role within a care setting. Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including staff, residents, and external agencies. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
