We are recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator - Trauma and Orthopaedics who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
The Planned Care Division is looking for a highly motivated Service Coordinator. In your role you will be supporting the day-to-day operational management of a surgical service.
This role comes at a time of positive change within the operational divisions, with the restructure of our newly formed Planned Care Division.

Monitoring of activity, workload and performance. Advising the Service
Manager/Head of Operations/Lead Clinicians of areas of concern/underperformance.
You will line manage Admin & Clerical staff within the service.
You will plan and operationalise elective surgery, outpatients and diagnostic procedures in line with clinical staff job plans.
You will participate in the inputting of demand and capacity modelling for the service in conjunction with the Service Manager to support performance sustainability for RTT wait times.
You will work collaboratively with clinicians to draft patient experience responses.
You will support the Clinical Director, Service Manager and Lead Nurse with our quality and safety agenda, to achieve an 'Excellence' status for your service area.
