We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced administrator available in our Te Waipounamu team in our Ōtautahi- Christchurch office!
The Administrator has the responsibility to provide administrative services to support the effective day-to-day operations of the office within their region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with regional advisors, Tari Matua / National Office and a range of stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively with other Administrators and support kaimahi in providing a professional, seamless service to the office.
* Provide a high level of administrative support to the Regional Director and Team Leaders as required.
* Support the team with security management, emergency procedures and future-focused planning.
Ko wai koe | About you
We are looking for an intelligent and innovative Kaihāpai- Administrator who has:
* Demonstrated administrative support experience, with an ability to set priorities and self-manage work.
* A high level of proficiency with Microsoft packages especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and sound keyboard skills. Ideally, you can type at a minimum of 75 words per minute.
* Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written and a demonstrated commitment to the provision of quality services.
* Demonstrated ability to work in and as a member of a team.
* Comfortable working in a te ao Māori environment, and comfortable in situations where tikanga is observed.
