As an integral member of our administrative team, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
2. Manage and maintain company records, including data entry and filing.
3. Responsible for running payroll in a professional manner, utilizing Xero accountancy software.
4. Assist with invoicing and accounts payable/receivable using Xero accountancy software.
5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
6. Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
7. Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in using Xero accountancy software is essential.
2. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
5. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Salary: Excellent remuneration package commensurate with experience (DOE).
