As an integral member of our administrative team, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
* Manage and maintain company records, including data entry and filing.
* Responsible for running payroll in a professional manner, utilizing Xero accountancy software.
* Assist with invoicing and accounts payable/receivable using Xero accountancy software.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
* Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in using Xero accountancy software is essential.
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Salary: Excellent remuneration package commensurate with experience (DOE)
