As we embark on our Local Plan review you will manage the team and work collaboratively with a range of partners to progress Boltons Local Plan and other statutory planning documents, commission evidence, deliver effective and inclusive consultations, and manage budgets and resources. Responding to emerging legislation and Boltons ambitious regeneration agenda you will play a key role in developing colleagues in the team and be able work effectively across the city region with key partners in the Greater Manchester Combined Authority. About You An experienced planning policy professional with a track record of developing statutory plans and policies in the planning field. An excellent communicator with developed management and inter personal skills who is able to build relationships and work collaboratively with a range of partners, stakeholders and local elected members. Ability to analyse and interpret highly complex technical information to inform policy development. A strategic thinker and problem solver who will promote the Borough and service to facilitate positive place and plan making.
