The Role
The role involves joining a strong and established team, handling a varied caseload including wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate and estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, and deputyship.
As a senior member, you will oversee, mentor, and train junior and mid-level fee-earners, influencing the department's success. Prior leadership experience is highly desirable.

Requirements:
* You will be a private client solicitor with at least 6 years PQE.
* You will have solid knowledge and experience across all aspects of private client law and personal wealth services.
* You will have a proven track record in business development and strong billings.
* You will be confident managing a busy caseload, delegating to juniors, and working under tight deadlines.
* You will be meticulous, commercially focused, and outcome-oriented.
