Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider are seeking an experienced professional to manage a dynamic portfolio of specialist subcontractors and suppliers in the Facilities Management sector. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Performance Management: Ensure suppliers consistently meet quality, compliance, and performance standards. Regularly review and analyse KPIs, addressing issues and driving improvement initiatives. Contract and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for supplier engagement, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with all partners. Conduct regular reviews and negotiate contracts that align with business goals. Risk and Compliance Oversight: Assess and manage risk within the supply chain, ensuring suppliers comply with industry regulations and company policies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and compliance, to support seamless service delivery and address any escalated supplier-related challenges. Skills and Experience: The role would suit someone currently in a similar role, or an operational FM who as part of their role, manages a portfolio of facilities subcontractors/suppliers, such as cleaning, M&E, and security services. You'll need s trong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and implement effective action plans. In addition you'll enjoy developing relationships with suppliers and should have e xcellent communication and negotiation skills.
