MK College Group has an exciting opportunity for a Warehousing tutor to join the team based at HMP Erlestoke. The role will involve delivery of a variety of FLT and Warehousing qualifications at level 1 and 2.
As a successful FLT and Warehousing Tutor, you will inspire learners and provide a positive learning experience. You will connect with learners in a professional manner, supporting them with their learning, enabling them to achieve success through qualifications, as well as developing the confidence and softer skills applicable to employment and other areas of education.
We are seeking an individual who can communicate well with students to inspire and motivate them. The average class consists of 3 students, supported by a team of prison mentors and workshop technicians. Your lessons will need to be adaptable, innovative, and imaginative.
Minimum Requirements:
* Delivery of FLT and Warehousing qualifications at level 1 and 2.
* Ability to connect with students and support their learning.
* Innovative and adaptable lesson planning.
