Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant with credit control and Sales ledger experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting with various accounting software programs such as Xero.
Key Responsibilities:
* Credit Control
* Sales Ledger reconciliations
* Control Account Reconciliations
* Assisting in Management Information Preparation
* Liaising with the sales team to ensure smooth customer-facing output
* Complying with company policies, procedures, and guidelines while handling customer interactions
* Maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive customer information
* Understanding the Company’s Quality & Environmental Management System & striving to achieve Company Objectives
Key Skills Required:
* Communication skills and a good grasp of English are essential
* Ability to work autonomously or as a team; and work proactively
* Good personal organization skills and time keeping
* Confident speaking to both colleagues and customers
* Ability to build good working relationships with customers and the wider team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
