Job summary: As our Revenue Operations Associate at AutogenAI, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue-generating teams. You will manage data, refine processes, and facilitate collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. What you'll be responsible for: Data Management & Reporting: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other revenue tools. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and customer retention. Perform data hygiene tasks, including de-duplicating records and updating contact details. Process Optimisation: Implement and document scalable workflows for sales, marketing, and customer success. Collaborate on initiatives to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Technology Stack Administration: Assist in the configuration and management of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other RevOps platforms. Ensure the proper integration of tools across the tech stack to support seamless data flow and reporting. Collaboration Across Teams: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on key initiatives. Support cross-functional projects, such as campaign tracking or onboarding improvements. What you'll bring to the team: Analytical Mindset: A love for working with data and metrics, ensuring accuracy and generating actionable insights. Detail-Oriented Approach: Exceptional attention to detail to maintain the quality and reliability of processes and reports. Requirements Experience: 1–2 years in a revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or similar role. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycles is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting tools; experience with Tableau or Power BI is desirable. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Preferred qualifications: Experience with revenue operations tools and platforms. Exposure to process optimisation and cross-functional collaboration.
