Job Opportunity: Senior HR Advisor
We are delighted to partner exclusively with a long-standing client of White Horse Employment in their search for an HR generalist to support as a Senior HR Advisor.
Working within manufacturing, the role is to join an established and busy HR function and offer advisory support to the wider business. Collaborating with key stakeholders across the different sites, you’ll contribute by ensuring the smooth running of the people initiative, advising people managers, employees, and stakeholders alike on best practice and strategic initiatives, alongside supporting numerous projects.
This role is a varied generalist role, with the right person being comfortable completing administrative duties alongside advisory. You will assist HR Business Partners in delivering strategic regional initiatives whilst ensuring compliance with local legislation and operating standards.
Skills and Attributes Required:
1. Experience in a HR advisor role
2. Able to plan and prioritise your workload and cases
3. Up to date employment law knowledge
4. CIPD qualified - part or full
5. Full UK driving license and access to own transport
6. Developing HR processes, procedures and policies
7. Experience of coaching managers
8. Experience of a multi-site environment
9. Work on own initiative, requiring minimal supervision
10. Forge relationships with a wide-range of stakeholders and adapt personal style as appropriate
11. Excellent listening, questioning, persuading and influencing skills
12. Lead by example and demonstrate actions and behaviors required of others
