About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries—playing a key role in shaping the customer journey. Rather than cold-calling or chasing leads, this role is all about consultative sales: understanding the client’s needs, building relationships, and guiding them toward the best solution.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage Inbound Leads
* Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries, ensuring each lead receives prompt, professional, and friendly service.
* Consultative Sales
* Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions—no cold calling required.
* Client Relationship Building
* Develop lasting relationships by providing value, insight, and a high level of service throughout the client journey.
* Team Collaboration
* Work closely with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
* Sales Admin & CRM
* Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date; support the wider sales team in achieving business goals.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a consultative or inbound sales environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—especially strong listening abilities
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Experience in exhibitions, live events, or creative industries is a bonus, but not essential
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
