Band 5 Nurse - Private Research Falmouth
Pulse Nursing Agency is proud to be working with one of our Research clients on a fantastic project based in Falmouth. Our client is running a project aimed at carrying out blood tests in the community, starting ASAP.
We are looking for Band 5 Registered Nurses to work as part of a project team of 20 healthcare professionals who will work together for the entire project length. The clinics will be mobile sites with the location changing every 5 weeks.
Successful Service Delivery Leads will be invited to spend four days at other operating sites to build their understanding of how the service operates. The SDL can observe and learn the entire site process, participant flow, and build confidence in delivery, mitigating the risks associated with new leadership deploying new processes. This additional time also ensures a consistent approach to patient experience and embeds behaviours and culture throughout the contract.
The role offers competitive pay rates: Mon-Fri £29.14, Sat £33.09, Sun & BH £37.50.
Working as a Service Delivery Lead on this project you will:
* Be responsible for the provision of clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers.
* Focus on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met, and services are safe and delivered seamlessly.
* Act in a supernumerary role which can provide additional support for HSW breaks.
* Be responsible for staff attendance and scheduling.
* Be the first point of escalation for operational queries.
To be successful in this role you should have:
* A minimum of one year's active experience drawing blood.
* Service Delivery Lead experience (desirable, but not a requirement).
* Immediate holder of the Right to Work in the UK.
You will benefit from:
* Ongoing full-time/part-time shifts available.
* Weekly pay.
* Dedicated Pulse consultant to support you during your time on this project.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today (with CV). Alternatively, if you would like further information or to discuss any of the above, please contact Rachel Delaney.
