Workshop Controller

Salary: £37,000 basic + OTE on top

Location: Bury St Edmunds

My client, a well-established main dealership, is actively seeking to employ an experienced and qualified Workshop Controller based in the Bury St Edmunds area to work on a full-time & permanent basis.

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days inc. bank holidays which rises to 28 days with service

Career Development: Basic is £37K + OTE. Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays.


Responsibilities:

1. Liaise daily with the Service Department and be on hand to answer any queries from other departments.
2. Plan incoming work and manage the time and resources of your team.
3. Assign technicians to tasks ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to.


Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Vehicle Workshop Controller / Car Workshop Controller / Workshop Controller / Automotive Workshop Controller.
2. Enjoy working as part of a team and also recognise individual responsibilities.
3. Clean Driving Licence.
