The Team:
* Part of the GBS Central Team.
* All team members are SMEs in their own areas.
* Friendly and supportive team, assisting the GBS Scrum Teams.
* Team takes pride in successful releases.
Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a small team of GBS End-to-End SMEs to support improvement in GBS delivery quality.
* Provide a holistic approach to development and testing.
* Review end-to-end testing and UAT prior to Release sprints.
* Identify synergies between projects in a Release and streamline testing.
* Review Delivery KPIs with recommendations for process improvements.
* Provide independent checks to delivery teams outside GBS Scrum teams.
* Review Production Incidents for lessons learned.
* Ensure adherence to Enterprise Testing Standards.
* Perform Quality Control on Coding & Test Deliverables.
* Interface with Production Support teams to build improvement plans.
* Accountability for delivery remains with delivery teams.
* Support and assure GBS Design and estimation.
What we are looking for:
* Ability to problem-solve.
* Ability to influence and drive process change.
* Enthusiastic, flexible, and results-oriented.
* Extensive experience in Agile methodologies.
* Business Domain expertise in Wholesale Banking (Payments and Accounting).
* Experience in Mainframe Technologies – COBOL, z/OS, IMS.
* Strong communication skills.
* Organized and able to resolve complex issues.
