An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Adult Social Care - Administration Team for the role of Senior Business Administrator. We are part of a Local Authority dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults within East Sussex. Senior Business Administrators play a key role in supporting the Council - helping us provide a better service to the people of East Sussex. It is fast-paced and varied, with the training and support provided for you to succeed.
The successful candidate will work in our Adult Social Care department providing high level administrative support to the Management team and Practitioners, including Social Workers and Resource Officers.
You will need to be able to work under pressure, have customer care and communication skills and experience using MS Office.
We are looking for candidates who have:
* Accuracy in recording information and a knowledge of working with client databases, with attention to detail
* Effective organisation and time management
* Strong administration skills, including minute taking
* The ability to manage conflicting priorities
* The ability to be a team player

As a Senior Business Administrator for the Hospital Community Team you'll have the opportunity to work in collaboration with the NHS as well as the opportunity to build relationships with our partner agencies. Our hospital discharge pathways also allow the opportunity to work in collaboration with other Adult Social Care teams as adults continue their journey through social care.
