We’re searching for an experienced, hands-on, and detail-oriented ClusterRevenue Managerto join our dynamic team. You’ll be proactive, analytical, and have a natural flair for delivering exceptional revenue management support. This role can be worked either from one of our London-based properties or Holiday Inn Express Heathrow Terminal 5.
The Role
As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Regional Revenue Managers to deliver budgeted rooms and M&E revenue targets. You’ll own the preparation for all meetings and be the primary contact for all group bedroom quotations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the production of a detailed day-by-day monthly rooms forecast within a tolerance level of 3-5% accuracy on a weekly basis.
* Assisting in the production of a detailed daily budget plan on an annual basis for 365 days.
* Consistently reviewing hotels’ daily pricing in respect of direct competitors’ pace of demand and other influencing factors.
* Supporting the Regional Revenue Manager to ensure that the hotel maintains and grows RGI % change at a level above that seen within the local competitor set.
* Preparing all documentation for commercial meetings for all hotels to ensure strategies for rooms and M&E are communicated and discussed with the hotel teams.
* Running commercial meetings in the absence of the Regional Revenue Manager.
* Owning the forward events calendar for all markets and ensuring effective communication within the respective RMS solutions.
* Attending all brand commercial updates.
* Assisting the Regional Revenue Manager by ensuring that our rate strategy is relevant to the competitor set.
* Managing pricing across hotels to ensure market appropriateness.
* Responding to all group quotations within a 4 working hour time frame.
* Ensuring rates are pulling through correctly from each respective RMS to all online channels.
* Utilizing all tools and opportunities to ensure maximum yield.
* Being proactive to market conditions.
* Ensuring appropriate promotions and tactical rates are communicated to marketing.
* Updating and opting in of monthly paid marketing programmes with brands.
The Person
As well as having previous proven revenue experience, you’ll have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be flexible and adaptable to change. You’ll have a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a can-do attitude.
