Salary: £55, to £65,
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Your main responsibilities are will be;
1. Deliver designs within the budget
2. Manage resource allocations to ensure team members are fully utilised
3. Work with the SMT to assist with projects from other offices and disciplines;
4. Ensuring that the requirements of all authorities and bodies are incorporated into designs
5. Authorising design information and reports
6. Ensuring that all designs are prepared in accordance with MCHW, DMRB guidance
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;
7. Knowledge of Section and Section 38 highway design projects
8. Experience with developing, mentoring and supervision of Highway Design staff
9. Robust working knowledge of highways Technical documents within the DMRB
10. Manage the development of contract documents in accordance with relevant Highway contracts
11. Experience in highway drainage design and use of MicroDrainage software
12. Working knowledge of the Civils 3D CAD package.
