Philanthropy Manager (Major Gifts)

Contract: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £42,000 to £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This role further develops the LWC Major Gifts fundraising programme to deliver a step-change in income alongside the Director of Philanthropy & Alumni Relations. This will be achieved through the identification and personalised cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of high-net-worth individuals from the LWC Community. The role will be securing significant philanthropic support for the College’s Foundation, capital projects, and other strategic priorities, whilst also encouraging life-long engagement and support for LWC. The post-holder will manage a portfolio of major donor prospects, building meaningful relationships that deliver transformational gifts and contribute to the long-term success of LWC’s philanthropic ambitions.
