Aftersales Manager Responsibilities:
1. As an ambassador for the brand, you will be knowledgeable, courteous, outgoing, resolute, and eager to learn.
2. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of highly skilled Technicians, Service Advisors, and Parts people.
3. Ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is always maintained.
4. Manage productive activity which is measured by strict performance indicators and profit defined success margins.
5. To keep a tight watch on expenses and produce daily/weekly activity and financial reports.
6. To provide guidance and training to each team member to improve their performance and to ensure that all Staff are doing their jobs effectively and confidently, collaborating as a team.
