My client based in Gravesend is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator into their team due to an exciting expansion within the business. You will be joining a team of go-getters who manage generating orders and building strong relationships with clients. You will be joining a company that prides itself on training, internal progression, and opportunity.
Day to Day Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
1. Immerse yourself within their industry and receive training regarding their existing and new products.
2. Liaise with clients via phone and email to process orders and follow up on quotations to push the sale through.
3. Work closely with other departments to ensure you have relevant details regarding budgets, timeframes, and design ideas.
4. Use the internal CRM system to update the pipeline of potential orders and new business clients.
5. Manage your own diary of appointment bookings to discuss potential orders and maximize time on the phone.
6. Manage a range of projects to maximize your day and pipeline to ensure you reach and exceed your targets on a daily and monthly basis.
7. Work within a close-knit team, supporting others and collaborating with wider external resources if needed.
Requirements of the Sales Coordinator:
1. A bubbly personality with a can-do attitude.
2. Strong work ethics such as resilience.
3. Experience in appointment setting and generating sales would be advantageous.
4. Ability to manage your own day-to-day activities.
5. Outgoing nature to build relationships with clients.
