We're looking for skilled trades people experienced in UPVC window and Composite Door installations to join our trades team in Gloucestershire on a permanent basis.

As a vital member of the team, you will take pride in the planned proactive improvements and maintenance of our domestic properties and be able to demonstrate a wide range of trade skills such as carpentry, plastering, tiling, roofing or plumbing.
We want someone who:
9. Is a genuine all-rounder with strong practical skills and first-hand knowledge of the installation of UPVC windows, composite doors and preferably hold a MTC Installers card (desirable)
10. Carpentry, plastering, ceramic tiling or additional skills in plumbing would be advantageous and are desirable
11. Has plenty of flexibility, as well as a proven ability to diagnose, undertake and complete window and door installations to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
12. Has the ability to use PDA, digital tablet, or mobile device
13. Is seen as a people person with excellent customer service skills
14. Feels comfortable working within a social housing environment
15. Has an outstanding work ethic and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision
16. Has a full driving licence.
This is a mobile role travelling across Gloucestershire region, and you’ll need to have a full, clean driving licence and be willing to work 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role, an enhanced DBS check will be undertaken for the successful applicant.
