Hours: Flexible hours to be agreed with the Operations Manager
Hourly rate: £13.37 per hour
Mileage will be paid.

About the Role of a Casual House Manager
We are seeking a customer-centric House Manager to exemplify the high-quality customer standards we are renowned for. A House Manager's role is diverse, encompassing front-of-house management, facilities, event coordination, and customer service.
Some of the duties of a Casual House Manager include:
* Helping Homeowners settle into their new homes.
* Providing a professional front-of-house service and welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner.
* Being available to all Homeowners to offer help, support, and advice as necessary.
* Promoting good communication between Homeowners, their families, and our partners and suppliers who provide support and other services.
* Managing the development’s gardens and grounds efficiently to provide a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for our Homeowners.
* Dealing with emergency situations professionally as they arise.
* Facilitating social interaction and helping Homeowners enjoy retirement living to the fullest.
The successful candidate will have the following key competencies:
* Excellent communication skills with a positive “can do” attitude.
* Extensive experience in a professional customer service-oriented role.
* A professional approach with high-quality standards.
* Reliability and flexibility to deal with out-of-hours calls and emergencies.
* The ability to thrive in a busy, varied role where every day is different.
* Resilience and effective problem-solving skills.
* An awareness of basic Health and Safety practices is advantageous.
* A good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
* Previous or current first aid qualifications are a plus.
