Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
3. Help with meal preparation and feeding
4. Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
5. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
6. Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
7. Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
