A specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Wirral is looking for a passionate and resilient full-time teacher to join its Pathway Campus. The school spans three nature-integrated sites—supporting primary, secondary, and pathway learners—each tailored to individual pupil needs.
This role focuses on students following personalised, non-traditional learning routes, combining academic support with emotional development and life skills.
About the Role:
You’ll deliver adaptive, trauma-informed teaching in a supportive, structured environment. Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team is key to creating tailored learning plans that promote academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and independence.

QTS or equivalent
Experience or interest in SEMH education
Trauma-informed, child-centred approach
Strong behaviour management and emotional resilience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
