Our Business Development Managers are responsible for driving business growth for Leyton UK. They prospect for, engage & convert new business clients for Leyton UK to consult upon their Tax Incentive & Innovation Tax claims with HMRC.
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach to potential clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including CFOs, tax directors, and other decision-makers.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including tax professionals, engineers, and project managers, to ensure that client needs are met and services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
5. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities and ensuring that all sales activities are documented and tracked in the company's CRM system.
